SHIPPING POLICY

For all prints and framed artworks, we provide international delivery to nearly all countries worldwide. Please get in touch with us if your address is rejected during checkout so that we can try to find a solution.

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days and would thereafter arrive within 1-2 weeks in the UK or Europe and in 2-3 weeks in North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks).

Upon dispatch, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you. All shipments are made using the Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT, or UPS, which is the most effective and economical shipping method.

RETURNS POLICY

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

Artwork must adhere to the following:

  • Keep it in its original packaging: To ensure a hassle-free return, make sure your item(s) is in its original packaging.
  • No creases or damage, please: We want your item to be in tip-top shape. Please ensure it's free from any creases or damage and in immaculate condition.
  • You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). For your peace of mind, please use a tracked delivery method as we want to make sure your return gets to us safely. We can't be responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.

We reserve the right to return your item to you if it does not adhere to the above.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will do our best to resolve it.

If we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable)

Once we receive your return, our warehouse team will carefully inspect it. We'll keep you in the loop by sending you an email to confirm we've got your item back. Assuming everything checks out and there's no damage, we'll process your refund. Please allow up to 7 days from the date we receive your print for this process to be completed.
