SHIPPING POLICY
For all prints and framed artworks, we provide international delivery to nearly all countries worldwide. Please get in touch with us if your address is rejected during checkout so that we can try to find a solution.
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days and would thereafter arrive within 1-2 weeks in the UK or Europe and in 2-3 weeks in North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks).
Upon dispatch, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you. All shipments are made using the Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT, or UPS, which is the most effective and economical shipping method.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be delighted with you ABIGAIL MICHAELA artwork. If you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out with your order number and reason, and we’ll gladly discuss the next steps.
UK Returns
If you’re based in the UK and change your mind, you can return your item for a full refund. Since all of our artwork is made to order, we cannot provide a return label or cover return shipping costs. With this in mind, we encourage you to make your purchase decision thoughtfully.
To ensure a hassle-free return, please keep the following in mind:
- Original Packaging: The artwork should be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials such as corner guards and bubble wrap.
- Condition: Make sure the artwork is in its original, undamaged condition, with no creases, marks, or wear.
- Tracked Delivery: We recommend using a fully tracked and insured delivery service, as the responsibility for the items remains with you until they reach us.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. If the artwork is not packaged properly and gets damaged during transit, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare case your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours, providing photos of both the artwork and the packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, often by offering a replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund once we receive the damaged item, along with its Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable).
International Returns
We are unable to accept returns for international orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us, and we’ll work to find a solution.
Bespoke Artwork
Please note that custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless they are damaged or faulty.
